USA Hockey registration is required prior to registering your skater with DAHA. You will receive a bar-coded printout once you have registered with USA Hockey that MUST be brought to DAHA registration on

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any payment of fees with a non-sufficient fund check will result in a fee of $25.00 from DAHA (plus any applicable additional bank fees) and the coach and family notified that the player is being removed from active status (practice and games) until fees are paid to the DAHA Treasurer and the player is re-instated.

Things you will need at registration:
Please fill out all 4 attached forms completely including both parent signatures where indicated. Only completed forms will be accepted at the mandatory meetings which will be the first night of practice before practice. If you are unable to print the forms, there will be copies at the mandatory meetings. However, it will expedite the process considerably if parents arrive with completed forms.
*Skaters will not be allowed to participate in practice or games until all forms have been properly completed and submitted.
*Anyone who owes money from the previous season for any reason must pay those past due amounts in full before or at the mandatory meetings before their child is allowed on the ice.
Lotto Tickets and Poker Fundraiser Tickets will be distributed at the Mandatory Meeting.

Please note that skaters from other associations will be required to provide a post-dated check for $300 as insurance that they will fulfill their volunteer requirements. This check will be mailed back at the end of the year if requirements are fulfilled and, if not, will be cashed. This check will be collected at in-person registration or at the mandatory team meetings.
Tickets: Lotto and Poker tickets can be sold at face value to recoup costs. Each family will receive (2) $20 poker tickets. The rest will be $10 lotto tickets.
For example: A family with one Squirt Skater will receive (2) $40 poker tickets + (40) $400.00 lotto tickets, while a family with a Bantam skater and a Squirt skater will receive (2) $40 poker tickets + (84) $840.00 lotto tickets. Lotto tickets are easier for families to recoup. The dollar value for each skater remains the same, while the product sold is different.
Payment Plan: Families have the option of paying the full registration fee at registration and paying the remaining balance over 3 payments throughout the season. Please bring enough checks to cover the payments! Post-dated checks for each payment must be submitted at registration.
